We do not own, inspect, certify, price, negotiate, finance, or sell any vehicles listed on this website. All vehicles are listed directly by independent sellers. All communications, negotiations, payments, paperwork, and transfers of ownership occur solely between the buyer and the seller.
Memo’s Marketplace only provides a listing and advertising platform, similar to Facebook Marketplace or OfferUp.
1. Platform-Only Role
Memo’s Marketplace is a classified listings platform that allows independent third-party sellers to advertise vehicles. We are NOT a motor vehicle dealer, broker, agent, auctioneer, or escrow service.
We do NOT:
- Own or possess vehicles
- Inspect, certify, or guarantee vehicles
- Set prices or negotiate terms
- Collect payments or deposits
- Handle titles, registration, or delivery
2. Seller Responsibilities
Each seller represents and warrants that:
- They are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized to sell it
- The information in their listing is accurate and truthful
- They comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- They are not acting on behalf of an unlicensed dealership (curbstoning)
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Title transfer
- Smog/emissions compliance (if applicable)
- Taxes, fees, and disclosures
- Buyer communications and agreements
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers acknowledge that:
- All listings are provided by independent sellers
- Memo’s Marketplace does not verify vehicle condition or history
- They must conduct their own inspections and due diligence
- Any disputes are strictly between buyer and seller
4. No Transaction Involvement
Memo’s Marketplace is NOT involved in:

Any transaction conducted after contact through the platform is entirely independent of Memo’s Marketplace.
5. Fees & Monetization
Any fees charged by Memo’s Marketplace are ONLY for:
- Listing placement
- Advertising exposure
- Platform services only
✓ Fees are NOT contingent upon a vehicle sale and do not represent a commission or brokerage fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
Memo’s Marketplace is NOT liable for:
- Inaccurate listings
- Fraud or misrepresentation
- Mechanical issues
- Title problems
- Financial loss
- Injuries or damages related to vehicle transactions

7. Right to Remove Listings
We reserve the right to:
- Remove listings that violate these terms
- Suspend users engaged in deceptive or illegal activity
- Require dealer identification for high-volume sellers
8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Memo’s Marketplace, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or disputes arising from their use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Memo’s Marketplace operates.
